The practice of being human and divine.

Soulhouse Practice is a multidisciplinary space for personal practice, human development, and spiritual growth.

The practice of living in relationship with both.

We are shaped by our history, beliefs, emotions, identities, fears, and the strategies we develop to survive, belong, achieve, and make meaning.

We are also capable of awareness, love, discernment, freedom, and change.

Soulhouse Practice is devoted to the dance between the two.

Through meditation, movement, self-study, classes, and transformational coaching, we return to the present moment to see what is here, understand what is shaping us, and practice meeting our lives with greater presence, intention, and possibility.

A Place to Return

The gold of practice is mined through “return”.

Each time we return to ourselves, we receive another opportunity to meet reality as it is, notice what is what is asking for our attention, and respond with greater intention.

Over time, these repeated acts of attention shape how we live, who we become, and what becomes possible.

Soulhouse Practice is a place to return to to this work, again and again.

  • "I’ve done therapy, coaching, meditation, all of it. This felt different because I never felt like Ariana was telling me who I was or what I should do. She somehow creates enough space for you to get there yourself."

  • "The practices Ariana gives me always feel incredibly specific to what I’m working through. They help me experience something for myself instead of just intellectually understanding it."

  • “This work has made my life feel bigger. I’m clearer about what I want, less afraid of my own desires, and much more willing to believe that the life I imagine might actually be possible.”

  • “I’m overwhelmed by how thoughtful, creative, and smart your approach is.”

  • “I feel more like myself than I have in years. Not because I’ve become someone new, but because there’s so much less in the way.”

  • “What I love about Soulhouse is that the spiritual work stays grounded in real life."

Ariana Dobson founded Soulhouse Practice as a home for multidisciplinary practice, self-discovery, and thoughtful exploration of the human experience.

Her background spans philosophy and religious studies, transformational coaching, contemplative and embodied practice, holistic health, writing, teaching, and the creation of spaces for people to gather, learn, and practice.

Together, these disciplines have given her multiple ways of understanding human change and the relationship between our spiritual, emotional, relational, and physical lives.

Her own life has been shaped and transformed through these practices. Soulhouse grew from the body of work they became.
