In this 90-minute consultation, we’ll take the time to connect. You’ll share what you’re navigating and what you’re longing for. I’ll learn more about who you are, and you’ll get a clear sense of how I work. Together, we’ll explore where you want to go, what’s in the way, and what’s asking to come forward.

You’ll also receive live coaching on one of the blocks that’s been keeping you stuck, so you leave with insight, relief, and something tangible to work with right away.

This is not a sales call. It’s a real conversation between two humans who care about growth and transformation. You’ll walk away with more clarity about yourself, your next steps, and whether a coaching container feels aligned for you right now.
